Potomac Soccer Association is currently looking for coaches to work with a number of its competitive travel teams.   Our teams compete locally, regionally, and nationally in both USYS and US Club leagues.   Our boys and girls teams participate in NCSL, WAGS, USYS Region I, US Club Pre-Academy, and the United States Development Academy Program.    As a club, we are seeking individuals for both our Junior teams (U8-U12) and Senior teams (U-13-U18) who are knowledgeable, experienced, enthusiastic, and committed to creating a fun and competitive training environment that challenges each player.   In addition, it is important that our coaches foster a fun, enjoyable and positive experience for each player.   Our coaches are asked to work cooperatively within the club structure, as well as demonstrate loyalty, integrity and character.  

All of our coaches are hired as professional, paid coaches, and must adhere to all state, youth, and national coaching standards of ethics and behavior.    Salaries are competitive, and commensurate with qualifications and experience.   For consideration please submit a letter of interest, as well as a resume to Jeff Rohrman Potomac Soccer Association, Technical Director.
