Guest players (3 max.)- Each guest must have a 2009-2010 seasonal year valid, original player pass and a medical release form. There is no guest player form.  A guest must have a player pass issued from the same organization as the roster.  The Potomac Memorial is a USYS-sanctioned tournament open to other national sanctioning organizations, and guest players must have valid 2009-2010 seasonal year player passes from the same sanctioning organization as the roster used by the team on which they will participate, per the terms of the sanctioning agreement.
