Guest players (3 max.)- Each guest must have a 2007-2008 seasonal year valid, original player pass and a medical release form. There is no guest player form. A guest must have a player pass issued from the same organization as the roster. Ex: A USYS roster may only have a USYS player pass and a USCS roster may only have a USCS player pass. As per our sanction this may not be mixed.
To be clear – If you are using a US Club Soccer roster you may only use players who have a US Club
Soccer player pass.
If you are using a US Youth Soccer roster you may only use players who have a US Youth
Soccer player pass.
