Gustavo Delgado “Gus” is a soccer coach that is fully committed to player development.  As a player Gus started his passion for soccer at the Academia Deportivo Cantolao.  He also played for Club Deportivo Municipal and the Alianza Lima player Academy.

Gus currently holds a USSF National Youth License, USSF National "C" License, FA Psychology for Soccer, FA Player and Match Analysis, FA Fitness in Football, and FA Planning, Preparing, and Evaluating Coaching Sessions. Coach Gus currently coaches the Potomac Alianza Lima U15 Boys and Potomac Black U9 Boys and is on staff for the Brit-Am Soccer Academy.
