Antonia has over 30 years of coaching and teaching youth in various sports, mostly soccer and tennis. She is a former professional and collegiate tennis player, and a former collegiate soccer player competing in the PAC-10 Conference for Long Beach State University for 4 consecutive years. Antonia was also Captain of the Women’s soccer team during her last two years of competition. She holds a National E License, obtained in 2009, through the Virginia Youth Soccer Association, and has worked extensively with youth in believes in building technical skills at the younger age, and working toward tactical skills as players and teams develop.  
 
Coaching experience:
Potomac Soccer Association, Potomac, Maryland 2009 - Present– coach U9 through U11 Girls soccer teams, both compete in highly competitive Washington Area Girls Soccer League and/or Olney Bethesda Soccer League.
 
Seneca Sport Soccer Association, Gaithersburg, Maryland, 2004-2006 - assisted in coaching my son’s recreational team, assisted in games and in practices. 
 
Corvallis High School, Corvallis, Oregon 1994-1995. Boys Tennis Team - Served as the Boys Head Tennis Coach for two consecutive seasons, Girls Soccer Assistant Coach, assisted with both Varsity and Junior Varsity Girls Soccer Team. Fall 1993
 
Playing experience:
California State University at Long Beach, California,  1984-1987 - 4-year starter,
2 year Captain, Women’s Intercollegiate Soccer Team. Competing in the PAC-10 League
 
Competed in recreational leagues for over 20 years in California, Maryland, Germany and Oregon.
