Coach Khuluma E. Zulu is a USSF D licensed coach experienced and dedicated taking a personal interest in the development of each of his players. Coach Khuluma’s method consists of focusing on technical mastery of the game, with great emphasis on touch, ball ability and soccer intelligence. Coach Khuluma is a native of Zambia and played varsity soccer locally for The Landon School where he was All I.A.C in his Junior and Senior years. He then played for University of Maryland at College Park. Following his college career Coach Khuluma played professionally for the USISL Washington Mustangs.
Coach Khuluma began his coaching at the Edmond Burke School in 2003 and at the Potomac Soccer Association in that same year where he continues with multiple teams as "Head Coach". Coach Khuluma currently coaches Potomac United (U-10 Boys), and Potomac Hot Spurs (U-13 Boys) the Potomac Soccer Association.

Assitant Coach Jim Whittle was a four year varsity college player for The State University of New York, Brockport. He holds a USSF National "D" license and has coached youth soccer since 2001 at both the recreational and select levels. Coach Whittle is a member of the Positive Coaching Alliance. He now coaches teams exclusively in the select ranks and has coached or assisted teams with the Potomac Soccer Club, DC Stoddert Soccer Club, Montgomery Soccer Club, Seneca Soccer Club, MSI and MSI Classic. Coach Whittle emphasizes the "Dutch method" of individual and team technical development of "total soccer" wherein every player must be prepared to join the offense or the defense and be proficient on both sides of the ball.
