Potomac Spurs (NCSL Division-2) are seeking talented players interested in joining the team for 2011 and beyond. We are looking for committed players that want to play at a competitive level and want to develop further. Players must be dedicated to the game of soccer as the team is working towards advancing to Division 1.
The Spurs train and practice in Potomac and Rockville Maryland. Spring 2011 plans include the NCSL season and at least three tournaments.
The Spurs are professionally trained and coached by Khuluma Zulu. Coach Khuluma is “D” licensed and has been coaching travel soccer for many years. His attention to the technical and tactical aspect of the game combines for the complete development of our players.
"Tryouts" are being conducted at regular training sessions. The tryout schecdule is :
