Dear Parents,
We would like to thank you for entrusting us with your son’s Soccer education. We, as coaches, see the development of the players as a higher priority than winning games. As a result, we regard the practices as more important than the games themselves:
- A lack of training results in slowing down the development of a player
- A lack of attendance will result in reduced playing time
- Players who have not attended practice on a consistent basis will see their chances reduced during the tryout period
- All players need to try out for the team every year
If your son will not be attending a practice, please let the Team Manager know at your earliest convenience. Not communicating or communicating on a short notice any absences will only result in disrupting the team’s training concept and practice, as a whole.
