SAQ Clinics

SAQ Clinics Winter 2017
The SAQ (Speed, Agility and Quickness) clinic is a five-session program designed to provide players to improve their speed, agility and quickness. Each 60-minute session will be led by PSA coaches and be held at the Bullis School outdoor stadium turf field - 10601 Falls Rd, Potomac, MD 20854 . 


All players should bring a ball and water bottle with them.

Cameron Kidwell Bio
Certifications: FMS 1 (Functional Movement Screening); Pursuiing CSCS this fall and begin Masters in Exercise Physiology within the next year
Work Experience: Currently working with George Washington University Strength and Conditioning; Mentored under Mark Shropshire with Shropshire Sports Training in Colombia; Helped run Strength and Conditioning for teams in Gold Coast Premier League in Australia

All players should bring a ball and water bottle with them to each session.

Dates and Times: 11/7, 11/14 (7:30-8:30pm) and 11/28, 12/5, 12/12 (7-8pm)
Age Groups: U12 and below
Birth Years: 2006-2009


Session 3 - Wednesday SAQ
Dates and Times: 11/8, 11/15 (7:30-8:30pm) and 11/29, 12/6, 12/13 (7:30-8:15pm)
Age Groups: U12 and below

Session 4 - Wednesday SAQ
Dates and Times: 11/8, 11/15 (8:30-9:30pm) and 11/29, 12/6, 12/13 (8:15-9pm)
