With all items being customized, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.

Can we exchange our uniform?

Exchanges must be made between the player and soccer.com. PSA does not have extra uniforms. Embroidered or customized items cannot be returned.

soccer.com's Returns and Exchange Policy

Are the training jacket and pants supposed to have matching colors?

No, the primary color for the Condivo 16 training jacket is Navy while the Condivo 16 training pants are Black/Grey. The adidas three stripes on both items are Grey which enables them to go well together.

Can we use our “Goal Club” to earn points with our purchase?

Yes, you may sign in under your account to earn points if you are a “Goal Club” member. PSA has negotiated a discounted price on all of the products. This discount prevents additional “Goal Club” discounts on PlayerPASS products. If you are not a member, we recommend you join so you can take advantage of the rewards.

What is the purpose of the yellow sock?

“The Yellow Sock Incentive" is a player development project aimed at making the players in our club more skilled by learning the importance of being “two footed”. Every player is required to purchase a pair of yellow socks through soccer.com at the time of ordering their uniform for next year. Players will be required to wear a yellow sock at each practice (not games) on their WEAKER foot. This will allow the coaches to easily identify which is the “Good Foot” and “Weak Foot”. The idea is that every player will want to work on their “Weak Foot” instead of forgetting about it. For some players, it may take many years to get to the point where the coach makes the decision that he or she is now ready to wear matching socks and that both feet are now of equal ability. However, there will be a huge sense of achievement for every player that reaches this goal and it will motivate their teammates to get to that level, too.
