Coach Andriko comes to Potomac from Eastern PA where he previously coached at Lehigh Valley United and other various clubs in the PA/NJ area. In addition to coaching at the club level, George has also spent time coaching at both the high school and collegiate levels over the past few years. Coach Andriko played collegiately for Lebanon Valley College in Central PA where he graduated with a degree in Education. George Currently teaches 6th grade in Potomac and holds an NSCAA Advanced Regional Diploma.

Coach Cava was a 2007-2010 Four year ACC Letterman Clemson University Men’s Soccer Team, playing in 74 career matches with 60 starts and 16 career assists. While at Clemson, Coach Cava received the 2010 Academic Achievement Award, was on the 2009-20010 Atlantic Conference Collegiate Student Athlete Honor Roll and participated in International Soccer Tournaments as a member of US Regional Soccer Team.
Before Clemson, Coach Cava played for the FC Delco Crunch club team and advanced to the 2006 National Final Four...played for Broadneck High School, MD...2005, 2006 named NSCAA High School All-American and a Youth All-American...2005 named to the Adidas ESP All Star Team...member of the Eastern PA State team and member of the ODP Region 1 team which won three consecutive championships.

Dylan Dempsey holds his NSCAA Premier Diploma, serves as a Technical Instructor for the NSCAA Coaching Education Program, served as a staff coach for the Maryland Olympic Development Program & also the USL Super-Y. In addition to coaching with Potomac, Coach Dempsey also serves as the Head Men’s Varsity Coach at Our Lady of Good Counsel High School.
Coach Dempsey is a Maryland native who grew up playing for SAC United Premier & Bethesda Soccer Club, and also played for the Maryland Olympic Development Program. At the High School level, Coach Dempsey won 3 consecutive Maryland State Championships while at River Hill High School, before graduating High School 1-year early to play for St. Patrick’s Athletic (Dublin, Ireland), RCD Espanyol Juvenil A (Barcelona, Spain) and U.E. Vilassar (Vilassar de Mar, Spain). Upon his return from Europe, Coach Dempsey spent time with the Northern Virginia Royals of the USL.
Under Coach Dempsey, the Potomac Hotspur Black have been named champions of NCSL Division 1, Region 1 Colonial League Finalists, Atlantic Soccer League Finalists, OBGC Capital Cup Champions, Potomac Memorial Champions, and Annandale Premier Cup Finalists.

Kenny Owens is a native Washingtonian that began his youth soccer career with Stoddert then Potomac. After graduating from Wilson SHS where he was a two time All-met selection and Parade All American, he went on to play collegiately at Georgetown University where he was a 4-year starter and captain of the team his senior year. While at Georgetown Kenny was named to the All- Rookie team, team MVP his junior and senior seasons, offensive player of the year his sophomore and junior seasons, All South Atlantic team his freshman, sophomore and junior seasons, All Big East team junior and senior seasons while helping the team advance to two Big East Championships. As a senior, Kenny selected to attend the Umbro Select all-star game which was comprised of the best college seniors in the country. Kenny also represented the US at the U18 and U20 levels.
After his collegiate career Kenny went on to work with DC SCORES, a non-profit that builds teams at DC public schools for young people. At DC SCORES he grew their soccer programming from 500 to over 1,500 participants each year. Kenny created their middle school soccer league and expanded the elementary school league. Today the two leagues continue to be the largest school based soccer leagues for elementary and middle school students in DC.
When not coaching soccer, Kenny is responsible for organizing all aspect of the District of Columbia State Athletic Associations championships for nine different sports.

About (Widner Saint-Cyr): Native Haitian player who played for his national team at all level. Widner made his youth national team debut at 13 years old. At 15 years old Widner led the U-16 Haitian national team to win the Caribbean Cup of Nations as a captain. His biggest success with the national team was playing in the U-17 World Cup in 2007, Which was held in South Korea.
Widner played for the New York Red Bulls academy before becoming a member of the University of Maryland men's soccer team. After his career at collegiate level, Widner went on and played at the professional level for Arizona United SC.
