Potomac Soccer Camp Coming Next Week!
The Potomac Soccer Association in conjunction with UK Elite Soccer have teamed up to offer an outstanding summer camp this July. The camp will have two sessions, July 6 through 10 and July 13 through 17, 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm each day at Bretton Woods. The cost is $175 per session. Players may sign up for either or both weeks of the camp. The camp is for ages 14-18 (Players that will be playing U-14 in the Fall of 2009 are eligible to participate) For information regarding the UK Elite and the summer program please visit the links below.

This training week will be tactically-based, with the aim of exposing players to the requirements of different systems and styles of play. Players will be separated by age, but will have the opportunity to move between groups should their ability warrant it. UK Elite Trainers and PSA Coaches we confer to make such decisions during the week.
The weekly curricula will cover some of the following areas of the game:
Combination play / Thirds of field , Counter attacking , Transitional play, Team shape / Support play
Switching point of attack, Defending as a unit / Thirds , Zonal defending, Man-to-man defending / Marking
Defensive transition, 4-4-2 Formation, 4-3-3 Formation, 3-5-2 Formation
